Expatriate and Migrant Financial Planning

  • UK Pension advice

  • Pension transfers to Australia

  • National Insurance Rebates (Contracting Out)

  • Information on Australian investments whilst in the UK

  • Highly qualified Independent Financial Advisors

There are a number of issues to be considered in moving from one country to another. Through specialist cross border financial planning, the opportunities available to you can be identified and the pitfalls minimised, thereby allowing you to increase your wealth and minimise taxation.

Our specialists Darion Pohl and Jim Hennington are both Fellows of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia who are authorised to give independent financial advice in the UK. They both hold the UK's specialist pension adviser qualification (called "G60") and have worked as superannuation consultants in Australia. They are part of a team which works closely with independent advisers in Australia to ensure the research is available to provide cross border transactions and investments.

Our strategies add substantial value in areas where most advisers have very little knowledge (eg. dual country investment planning). By understanding the rules in both the UK and Australia we are able to advise both emigrants from the UK to Australia as well as Australian expatriates returning home.

This information is provided for general guidance only and is subject to the UK regulatory regime and is therefore restricted to consumers based in the UK
