Migration Matters is committed to protecting your privacy. In the course of working with you, Migration Matters will at times require personal information in order to process your migration application quickly and effectively. This statement sets out Migration Matters policy for dealing with personal information obtained from this web site. When visiting this site (http://www.migrationmatters.com), a record of your visit is logged, however no personal information is recorded. The logged information does not identify you personally, nor do we track information about individuals and their visits. Migration Matters will only collect personal information that is necessary for assisting you with your migration law queries directly related to our business. We will not provide your information to any private organisation nor collect information for commercial marketing.

Once Migration Matters receives information from you, either via e-mail or any other means the information is in a secure environment. Migration Matters Pty Ltd and Immigration One (Harris Chawla Solicitors) have combined resources to enable services to be offered to clients interested in relocating to the United States or the United Kingdom. The Privacy Policy of Immigration One is outlined below and is deemed to be in effect when you use the services of Immigration One for services related specifically to the United States or the United Kingdom.

Immigration One, a service of the law firm of Harris Chawla, is committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors. This policy has been created to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy.

To provide services to our clients we may ask our clients for personal information such as addresses, phone numbers and credit card numbers. We use a secure order form on a secure server as security to measure to help prevent the loss or misuse of your personal information. We use this information only to facilitate the provision of services you have requested. For example, we use this information to contact you when necessary or to send you information. You can opt out of these mailings by sending an email to optout@immigrationone.com.
