New Points Test for Australian General Skilled Migration


The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) released the new Points Test for General Skilled Migration (GSM).

Some major changes include:

* Pass mark of 65
* An increase of the GSM age limit to 50 years of age;
* Points no longer awarded for occupation
* Mandatory English testing
