The Minister of Immigration has announced that from 1 July 2012 the introduction of an Expression of Interest (EOI) Proposed Skilled Migrant Selection Register (SkillSelect) the scheme will be introduced for General Skilled Migration and Business Skills Migration.

The underpinning legislation for this new scheme has yet to be released, so we are unable to advise if clients will be eligible under this new scheme.
