the director and founder of Migration

Migration Review Tribunal. He is a qualified
lawyer with over 35 years of experience, much of
it at senior Government level, in the
interpretation and administration of a wide range
of Australian Government legislation, regulations
and policy. He has experience in the legislative

decision-making, in the provision of legal advice
